Returns
At Dravion, we are committed to delivering premium-quality products and a great customer experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- All original tags and packaging must be included
- Proof of purchase is required
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Non-Returnable Items

Return Process

- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Photos (if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect)
If approved, we will provide instructions on how to return your item.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing time: 5–10 business days
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges
